Poor customer service. Usually no one answers the phone and when they do answer the phone they say they will call you back which never happens. Terribly disappointed.

The office staff were very helpful and organized!

It was a positive experience.
The music played was peaceful and relaxing.

It’s my first time to visit Dr.Richard Ruiz. He is so nice and very professional. Everyone of his office is very friendly and professional. The office is very clean. I feel very comfortable during the visit. For sure I will recommend my friends to visit here.

I love going to Dr Ruiz’s office! Everyone is so friendly and there is hardly ever any waiting time!
I’ve had sinus problems most of my life and Dr Ruiz fixed them and I’m breathing so much better!
I would highly recommend Dr Ruiz if you are in the need of an ENT!
My grandson is going to him as well for an ear issue!
